NEW Meditation Class Begins on Sunday October 7 at 8:30am

Prana Vidya means control of the life force. It is TriYoga's method of diving into a profound state of meditation. Learning how to control the breath, the mind and the pranic energy is important in nurturing ourselves and in handling the stresses of our modern world. Through a series of breathing practices and visualizations, the mind becomes very calm and quiet and we naturally enter meditation. It's a wonderful gift. Come learn how to do it and practice it once a week for 8 weeks.
