Workshops and Retreats

Partner Stretch Sunday April 15  1-4pm

Begin with a warm-up flow and pair up with a partner in class-or bring your own! 
Be supported in asanas as your partner assists you in relaxing deeper into the poses. Partners also encourage and remind participants to focus on the breath and let go deeper into the bliss. This 3-hour class is lots of fun; you'll see improvements in flexibility and relaxation; we end with a deep relaxation period and short meditation.
